The protection and health of our visitors* and employees* is our top priority. Therefore, we ensure strict compliance with all prescribed and recommended hygiene and safety standards. We also ask you to take our rules and measures into account when visiting the museum - only together can we create a safe visiting atmosphere.

We look forward to seeing you!

Limited number of visitors

Please note that only a limited number of visitors* (one person per 10 m²) are allowed in our museums. For this reason, it may be necessary for us to restrict access to our exhibition areas above a certain visitor frequency.

General Rules

  • During a visit to the museum, it is compulsory for people from the age of 6 and up to the age of 14 to wear a mouth-nose protection and for people starting with the age of 14 to wear an FFP2 mask.
  • Keep your distance! Please, maintain at least 1 metre distance from all people not living in your household
  • For guided groups, proof of a low epidemiological risk for the duration of the stay - vaccinated, tested or recovered ("3-G rule") - is required and registration is obligatory.

As museums are equivalent to trade, a registration requirement from 15 minutes of stay and an entry requirement for our individual visitors is not necessary.
